What is Chronic Health? Biodynamic farmers would refer to this state as having “good tilth” — healthy, biodiverse soil with ideal conditions for sowing seeds. In humans, the goal is the same, the methods are similar, and the results are profound. Imagine being so in-balance with yourself and your surroundings – your personal ecosystem – that even chronic illnesses are alleviated. Seriously. To achieve this, though, we must first understand how our personal ecosystems work – both inside and outside of our bodies. And since each ecosystem is unique, so is the path forward.
