Chill welfare are an event welfare service community interest company operating across UK, Europe and beyond. We established as a not for profit social enterprise in 2015 in response to the recent drug related trends surrounding alcohol, poly drug use, club drugs and legal highs which brings an ongoing challenge to event providers in ensuring safety and wellbeing of their event goers.
Chill Welfare specialise in reducing alcohol and other drug related harm at events and festivals and can offer a range of services. These include: Non- medical crisis intervention, Emotional support, De-escalation, Practical care, Risk assessment and observation, Recovery and harm reduction advice.
Our team have extensive experience in welfare service delivery and have worked in a wide range of settings. Our practioners have relevant qualifications and/or experience and have undertaken continuing professional development in areas such as advanced drug awareness, alcohol brief interventions, motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy.
