We typically serve employers and innovators, providing guidance on health benefits design, data analysis, carrier reviews, vendor assessment and selection, COVID response, occupational health and safety, as well as helping innovators develop and hone their products and pitches from the perspective of their potential buyers. Recently we’ve also added a team of experts in Behavioral Science, including Dr. Kevin Volpp who founded the Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics at Penn. This team provides diagnosis and strategic assistance in areas such as incentive design, communications strategy and other ways to improve choice architecture, engagement and behaviors.
