Chesapeake Bay Snacks

Chesapeake Bay Snacks (CBS) is a Baltimore-based snack food company that manufacturers, wholesales, and retails snack foods. CBS acquired the Koldkiss brand in 2020, and plans to continue the Koldkiss snowball tradition that began in 1980. The Koldkiss brand includes over 80 flavors of snow cone/snowball syrups; a range of dessert toppings including chocolate and caramel sauces; marshmallow creme; and ice shaver machines. We also retail and distribute related products like Joy cones, Kalva cone dip, and other operating supplies. We sell these items on-line at chesapeakebaysnacks.com, through our wholesale partnerships, and via retail at our Baltimore warehouse. CBS’ second product line is its pancake syrup, including Koldkiss fructose based syrup and Joseph’s Sugar Free Syrup. Joseph’s Sugar Free Syrup is our first CPG brand and sells in Whole Foods, Wegman’s, and on-line. CBS is also available for co-packing and private label assignments.
