The Cherrytree Group is a Massachusetts based consultant, tax credit broker, and syndicator that specializes in Brownfields Tax Credits, Renewable Energy Tax Credits, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits. Cherrytree offers its clients a full service “turnkey” real estate solution by delivering consulting, syndicator or brokerage, arbitrage services and back-end support services utilizing in-house legal and accounting personnel.
