Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts, the Charles River Center is a private, not-for-profit human services agency that empowers and supports adults and children with disabilities. We provide employment and job training, housing, day habilitation, and recreational opportunities to more than 1,000 individuals and families. From its humble beginnings as a preschool for children with special needs, the Charles River Center has grown to a multi-site organization with 32 residential homes in Metrowest and southeastern Massachusetts.
