For decades, organisations have been using leadership and diversity training in isolation to try and fix the historical lack of diversity & inclusion and to close the gender gap. Sadly, women and PDIs face massive structural and systemic obstacles when trying to advance their careers, requiring a more integrated, holistic change programme.
The Chapter Network Programme consists of a mix of group work, training and individual accreditation in moderation and facilitation.
