This original company exists as Chandler Personnel (our specialist labour hire division) and Chandler Recruitment (for permanent recruitment). In 2009, Chandler Solutions was founded in response to increased cash-flow issues in the construction industry, and offers payroll outsourcing, project management, estimating and OH&S advice and services. Chandler Training was founded in 2013 and originally specialised in providing online training services to Australian businesses employing staff on 457 visas. It has now expanded to over 200 online modules ranging from basic courses to accredited Diploma-level training available to either businesses or the general public. Chandler Health was formed in 2014 as a result of an amalgamation with two reputable health care agencies: Aktrapid and Dentaide. Chandler Health now serves as an industry-leading dental and nursing agency in Melbourne and surrounds. Chandler AgriBusiness was also formed in 2014 to offer labour hire, recruitment and payroll management to businesses in food and fibre industries in Australia from farmers and growers to food processors in regional Victoria.
