The Centro Economia Digitale | Digital Economy Centre is an independent, non-partisan Think Tank founded by Rosario Cerra in 2017, set up as a non-profit association and realised thanks to the commitment of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics of the SAPIENZA University of Rome Prof. Giuseppe Ciccarone, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics of the TOR VERGATA University of Rome Prof. Giovanni Tria, the Director of the Department of Economics of the ROMA TRE University Prof. Silvia Terzi and the Director of the LUISS Business School Prof. Paolo Boccardelli. The Members of the Centro Economia Digitale | Digital Economy Centre are the most important Italian strategic companies operating in sectors with a high innovation component. These include ENEL, ENI, LEONARDO, OPEN FIBER, TIM. The Centro Economia Digitale | Digital Economy Centre produces scientific research, econometric analyses and policy proposals on technological and digital innovation. The results are shared with institutional and governmental leaders in Italy and the European Union.
