Centre for Nepal Studies UK (CNSUK) is a research organisation registered in 2007 under the England and Wales Companies Act 1985.
CNSUK's main aim is to advance knowledge about Nepalis and Nepal through the conduction of research, dissemination and policy advocacy in the UK and elsewhere. CNSUK's areas of research and consultancy services include ethnic minority and integration; population and migration; labour market and mobility; health; education; gender; religion and culture; conflicts; British Gurkhas; community, rural and international development; and environment in the UK and elsewhere.
CNSUK has a team of professionals, trained from reputed UK and other international universities, and have significant research experiences in other reputed international institutions. Furthermore, the organisation benefits from a range of skills and experiences of well-established university professors, and practitioners, who act as the advisors of CNSUK.
Most of the CNSUK's research activities are of collaborative nature. Partners and collaborators include universities, research institutes, government agencies, community organisations and individuals.
