We are a team of psychologists, social workers, and psychotherapists who offer individual, couple, family and group therapies. The co-directors of CMBH are Dr. Shelley McMain and Dr. Shari Geller, both Registered Clinical Psychologists, and recognized authorities in the fields of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness and Self-Compassion. We are committed to continuous training and are constantly working to improve our skills. We provide workshops, consultation and on-going professional education to support our clinical associates and community colleagues.
