Centre for Budget and Governance Accountability (CBGA), an independent think tank based in Delhi, analyses public policies and budgets in India and advocates greater transparency, accountability and scope for participation in budgets. CBGA is a proactive, enabling and learning organisation, which promotes: - transparent and accountable governance; - people's participation in the discourse and processes of governance; and - a pro-people and rights based policy environment, equity and social justice.
