About Us Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry [under the guidance of the Bombay High Court] has set up the Centre for Mediation and Conciliation (CMC) to promote use of mediation as a quick, cost efficient and confidential option for resolution of commercial disputes. The main objectives of CMC are: Provide mediation, conciliation and neutral evaluation services at par with international standards Create awareness about role of mediation in commercial disputes Promote mediation as a tool for Improving Ease of Doing Business in India Promote mediation as a sustainable business practice Collate stakeholders' inputs for Advocacy with Govt of India Vision To help create a harmonious business environment with enduring business relationships by encouraging resolution of disputes through aided dialogue and concluding them swiftly, economically, confidentially and amicably.
