Central Valley Association Of Realtors®

Central Valley Association of REALTORS® (CVAR) is focused on helping each member here in the Central Valley with professionalism, ethics and advanced education. We also help our members by working with local governments to make sure we have a climate for success. The Association has an office in Lathrop, and covers Stanislaus and San Joaquin County. We have 7 local councils with 7 leaders from each city including Modesto, Stockton, Turlock, Tracy, Manteca, Oakdale and Patterson. Each Local Council also has representatives on the CVAR board of directors to make sure that this membership driven organization understands the needs and climate of each local town we cover.
