Centennial Adultcare Center is an alternative or supplement to home care, assisted living, or nursing home care enabling our members and their families continued community-based living and providing respite for their caregivers. We offers a full range of center based adult day health care programs as well as in-home services to individuals with a wide variety of physical disabilities and/or cognitive impairment, including advanced Alzheimer's disease and other dementia's. We provide a stimulating social and supportive environment responsive to the needs of our members, and respite and supportive care to the caregivers through personalized professional care at reasonable costs.
