"Catalystas: A Bold Feminist Perspective on International Development" Catalystas is an EU-based internationally focused private consulting firm dedicated to providing tailor-made solutions to problems. Serving private and public corporations, NGOs, international institutions, and government bodies, Catalystas aims to improve the state of the world through a human rights-based approach to effectiveness and efficiency. Created in June 2018, Catalystas is the brainchild of four trailblazing feminists from Belgium, France, Iran, and the US. Through a human rights-based approach that focuses on finding effective, efficient, and sustainable solutions, Catalystas aims to support programs and projects that seek to improve the state of the world, from environmental conservation to post-conflict reconstruction, and more.
