Catalyse is a social change agency working with communities and organisations across the country. We work to make sure changes reflect what matters to local people who live, work, play, invest and care about a place. We do so by building on strengths; bringing together skills, talents, knowledge and resources from diverse sources; growing capacity; and ensuring community voices are heard, valued and included in ways that support everyone to thrive. We facilitate co-design and community engagement processes, deliver activations and events, develop strategic plans, undertake research and evaluation, accelerating collective goals and growing community as we go. We believe in investing in people as much as projects because everyone has something to offer. And we are better, in so many ways, together.
