Caswell&Dainow is a design-led property development company. We use great design to unlock the hidden potential of buildings, gardens, and in-between spaces. Charlie Caswell and Adam Dainow met while studying Architecture at University. They both went on to lead Architecture and Design practices in London where they honed their experience designing and delivering complex residential projects. They set up Caswell&Dainow in 2017 to put into practice their passion for architecture and property and enact the belief that good architecture can unlock the value of London’s unloved and awkward spaces.
