Castle Gate Legal & Commercial Ltd was established to provide professional and commercially astute services predominantly but not exclusively in the PPP and PFI sectors. Principally, Castle Gate contract manages PFI Project Agreements, and reviews and implements PFI savings strategies for local authorities, multi academy trusts and other public sector clients. Recently delivered £1.5m savings on an education PFI contract for Slough BC. We also provide a full range of project delivery, contract negotiation and transaction management services in PPP and PFI including in the secondary market. Post-contract, Castle Gate provides contract and performance management services, specialising in PFI/PPP but also in facilities management generally. Castle Gate also provide services in relation to dispute resolution, from advice and negotiation, to mediation representation, adjudication management and litigation support, covering witness statement and submissions drafting, saving clients money on legal costs. Our subsidiary company, Castle Gate Projects, provides project management and delivery services to public sector and quasi-public sector clients in various social infrastructure sectors.
