Carter’s Building Consultancy is an award-winning architectural design and surveying practice based just outside Preston in Lancashire, ten-minutes from the motorway network. Our studios are in a converted barn with ample parking surrounded by the beautiful woodland of Clifton Fields. We have developed a reputation for sustainable high-spec modern properties, offering professional services from concept design to completion for any size of building project. Our portfolio ranges from simple extensions and sympathetic historic refurbishments to large-scale housing and civic projects. We are as comfortable in the discrete residential space as we are with large commercial and public realm projects. At all times, maintaining a commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Within the team are chartered architects, designers, visualises, building surveyors and project managers. If required, we supplement our in-house capability with trusted building partners and consultants in planning, structural engineering, quantity surveying, mechanical and engineering (M&E).
