The Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute (CCGI) is a not-for-profit membership organization dedicated to advancing principles of Corporate Governance across the Caribbean.
We provide world-class training, professional development, and networking for Directors and Senior Executives. In 2012 the CCGI was chosen as the Secretariat for the T&T National Corporate Governance Code by its project partners, the T&T Stock Exchange and the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The CCGI works closely across various stakeholders groups to establish and maintain appropriate corporate governance standards and guidance for organizations and investors operating in the Caribbean.
Over the coming years we aim to serve members in the following twenty CARICOM countries: Anguila, Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands
