Career Conversations was formed in 2014 to support Senior Managers and Executives during key stages of their careers.
Over decades of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, Trevor Gildenhuys noted that executives working 60+ hours per week had very little time to focus on themselves, and often their high performance on behalf of their company was not benefitting their careers. In 2018, Trevor joined forces with Pam Moore, an experienced Career Consultant, and together they’ve expanded their offering to benefit both individuals and corporates.
