Award winning Care at home with Dementia care as one of our specialities. We are a local Agency, specialising in home care for individuals who need support to remain independent in their own homes. We provide a variety of care and support services ranging from 1 hour calls to 24 hour live-in care, to assist you with the activities of daily living. Your comfort and safety is our number one priority. We promise to: Visit your home and work closely with you (and family/carer) to agree an individual care plan based on your specific capabilities and needs, which respects your dignity, privacy and beliefs. Provide you with caring, reliable, well trained and committed staff who have full CRB (Criminal Records Bureau ) clearance for your peace of mind, ensuring continuity of care. Monitor and review your care plan regularly to ensure it is still appropriate and effective, and you are happy with the quality of our service. Provide specialist staff where you have specific needs like Dementia or Learning Disabilities or for Palliative Care. Listen to any suggestions or concerns you may have, and take appropriate action. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and comply with all professional guidelines. We are fully covered for public and professional liability insurance with Allianz Insurance PLC.
