We pride ourselves in creating a place for Realtors to hang their license where they can keep more Capital in their own pockets. How do we do this? At Capital Real Estate we charge a $390 transaction fee and an additional $100 if the Realtor has the other side. Realtors cap after 10 transactions and only pay $100 thereafter. We don’t do a commission split as we were not the procuring cause of the Realtors clientele. We have an array of Realtors in the Greater Oklahoma City area and surrounding metro, ready and eager to assist Home buyers, Sellers, and Investors. We also have an excellent Property Management division where we provide top-notch full service property management.
