Capital Food Group was founded in 2009 as the parent company to Mellow Mushroom of Fayetteville, NC. We expanded our company along the way to include the Mellow Mushroom locations in Cary, Greenville, Ballantyne Village of Charlotte, Myers Park in Charlotte, and Uptown Charlotte, NC. Capital Food Group was founded on the principle that customer service in the food industry go hand in hand still.
