CEC is an Educational Development Organisation that focuses on providing superior, creative, affordable and hands-on solutions to the educational, training, human resource and consulting needs of individuals, companies, governments and other entities. Mission CEC International commits itself to the development of professionalism, diligence, and thoroughness by providing a wide range of rigorous, well-tailored, and effective language, vocational training, and test-preparatory courses. CEC International aims to help learners achieve success and access education opportunities. Our utmost objective is to spread our learning philosophy and teaching methods across the Middle East and North Africa.
