Cambodia Sings!

We are dedicated to rekindling the love of singing for all Cambodian and igniting the joy of group singing in Cambodia. The singing culture of Cambodia suffered a tragic setback during the Khmer Rouge era. The whole nation was muted, anyone who raised their voices in any way risked their lives. With rare exceptions, singing is still not taught in schools in Cambodia. We believe that there is enormous power in group singing. It is about reawakening the voices of the Khmer people to not fear using their personal and collective voice for building healthy connection, trust, and motivation as a culture. To ignite the joy of group singing in Cambodia has now become part of our mission. We encourage and welcome everyone to sing together with us in a supportive and caring environment.
