With my strong entrepreneurial mindset, business acumen and commercial awareness, I manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business in a manner that seeks to ensure that strategic, business and operational plans are met. As a dynamic and decisive leader, I provide effective leadership, strategy and vision for the company to deliver management consulting in a holistic approach to analyse needs and create unique solutions designed to yield a fair trade, profitable and sustainable outcome. Acting as a catalyst of success, I navigate organisation dynamics to lead Change with Cultural Intelligence for business leaders in tech, provide Cross-border Business Development Capability for startup founders and perform Data Analytics for the leadership team. In addition, I operate as a positive role model for the culture of the organisation, displaying principle and acting with integrity, developing high performing collaborative teams and building strong networks. Lastly, I named the business after a Spanish word, Cacicas, meaning a feminine leader who exercises significant power in the community, also known as Woman Chiefs.
