CSz Portland is a company of creative people who perform, teach and lead with a strong foundation in improvisation and a "Yes, And..." attitude. We work with businesses, government agencies, non-profits, groups, education and enrichment seekers and public audiences of all kinds. We are connected to the world through CSz Worldwide (cszworldwide.com), with ComedySportz teams in 25 cities (US and Europe) and through the Applied Improvisation Network. We offer Public and Private/Custom Shows at our Arena, Road Shows, Classes, Professional Development Training, Branded Theatre and other Creative Services. Many of these services are available online as well - we are experts in Zoom-based training. We are flexible & easy to work with. We play ComedySportz! About the ComedySportz Show: ComedySportz -- Portland's longest-running show - is fast-paced, clean, family-friendly and competitive improvisational comedy. We've played every weekend since May 28, 1993. Two teams alternate improvised scenes, games and songs, and the audience votes for the team they like better. A referee explains the rules, calls the ComedySportz fouls, and solicits suggestions from the audience to inspire every scene/game. The ref is our secret weapon - the ref keeps it moving and keeps it clean. ComedySportz is 100 percent family and business friendly. It's a show that entertains everyone with offending anyone - our regular show audiences features bachelor parties, church groups, senior citizens, teenagers, kids and adults at the same time.
