CSR Consult team members use their previous experience in this field, gained in non-profit organizations, private companies and state administration. There are many ways in which a company can be socially responsible. Some of those ways would be to empower the company itself, not just to reach a positive social impact for the community. This is why our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility is from the company’s point of view. We consider this approach to be a strategic tool, which can innovate partial corporate processes and thus empowers competitive advantage. We search for the best ways in which to cultivate corporate processes. These can help the company declare values and assurance of proprietors, support effective operation, superior relations with employees or protection of the environment. CSR Consult consists of a small internal team and a number of external co-workers. We understand the basic system of corporate processes (from structures, through the managing of human resources, finances, marketing to development and production). At the same time, we know the environment of non-profit organisations and public administration. Thanks to that we are able to select actual social issues or appropriate partners for the companies.
