You could say I stumbled into the world of graphic design because I had an innate desire to make things look pretty. It was only when I immersed myself in the world of customer experience (CX) that I realised beautiful branding isn’t enough. It needs to be underpinned by a cohesive and intelligent marketing strategy that’s tailored to your audience. Driven to understand the latest advancements in marketing, I’ve studied digital media at Deakin University and CX strategy at RMIT. My experience across corporate settings and agency environments has established me as a forward-thinking and multi-skilled branding expert.
