Founded over 45 years ago by Dominique Lyone, COS employs over 600 people distributed across every state and territory in Australia. Today, COS remains a family-run, privately owned business led by second-generation sisters, Amie and Belinda Lyone as C0-CEOs. At COS, our purpose is to help Australian businesses succeed by keeping their employees healthy, safe, and productive. As a private, family-owned company, we take pride in our commitment to community and sustainability. Thanks to the dedication of our team and the loyalty of our customers, COS is able to donate 1% of annual revenue to charity via the Lyone Foundation. Since its founding in 2013, the Lyone Foundation has contributed over $20 million to local Australian charities supporting inspiring initiatives and programs focused on human welfare. In 2024 we are working towards achieving our dual goals of net zero operations and 100% renewable electricity across all our facilities nationwide.
