Nata nel 2004, Compositech progetta sviluppa e realizza componenti in materiali compositi prepreg (fibra di carbonio aKevlar Zylon Twaron ecc.) in clean room e autoclave. Compositech opera principalmente nel motorsport ma anche nei settori automobilistico/prototipi e showcars, aeronautico, medicale e industriale. Realizza sia parti di carrozzeria che strutturali quali telai o strutture crash certificate. Esperienza in componenti medicali radiotrasparenti. Grazie alla fresa a portale a 5 assi di grandi dimensioni internamente realizza: • modelli in resina per stampi in carbonio, • mockup, modelli di stile, • dime di incollaggio e fresatura, • stampi in alluminio • componenti in Rohacell ecc. • lavorazioni CNC dei pezzi prodotti È certificata ISO 9001:2015, ha tracciabilità del 100% dei pezzi. realizza tutte le attività di campionatura secondo normativa VDA con IMDS e misura con scanner 3D.
