As the largest and longest established professional coaching and mentoring body, COMENSA offers 3 levels of professional designation: COMENSA Credentialed Practitioner (CCP) COMENSA Senior Practitioner (CSP) COMENSA Master Practitioner (CMP) COMENSA provides member credibility through a professional code of ethics and conduct, member credentialing and professional designations, ongoing continuing professional development, professional supervision and access to resources. In addition, COMENSA provides the largest directory of coaches, and protects users of coaching and mentoring through an enforceable code of ethics and an ethics complaints procedure. We support users in the implementation of best practice through the provision of a user resource hub. COMENSA is committed to professionalizing coaching and mentoring in South Africa by encouraging and supporting member research, by conducting research on coaching in South Africa and through the promotion of coach supervision.
