Coco Coworking & Coliving

The Swiss pioneer project for coworking and coliving. On the foundation walls of the former cotton warehouse of the Spinnerei Linthal AG, 50 flexible workplaces and 29 bedrooms with their own showers and toilets will be built on 3 floors. The jewel of the facility is the large roof terrace with the fully glazed meeting room and event room with a view of the Glarus Alps. The energy supply is 100% covered by our own hydroelectric power plants, which enables us to compete with our competitors and guarantees the lowest possible CO2 footprint. The opening is scheduled for summer 2022.
