CMU UXA is an entirely student-run organization based out of the Carnegie Mellon University Human-Computer Interaction Institute, connecting students within HCI with each other as well as UX resources. We aim to unite CMU undergraduates interested in User Experience or Human-Computer Interaction professionally, academically, and socially.
HCI is a cross-collaborative field by nature, and we strongly believe that connecting students with peers across majors and colleges would be beneficial to facilitating cross-field collaborations. To that end, we host events such as portfolio critiques, course & faculty reviews, mentorship programs and guest lectures.
