CMT Prooptiki Ltd is a management consulting firm with offices in Athens, which specializes in Health and Social Policy, Local and Regional Development, Social Entrepreneurship, Human Resource management and training. Our mission is to provide policy makers and businesses with information and analysis to support their decisions; and to develop strategies, policy recommendations, training tools and assisting technologies, aimed at improving their operations. Clients include the European Commission (DG SANCO, DG Research, DG Education & Culture), the Greek Ministry of Health, other Ministries and government research organizations, hospitals, universities, local and regional development authorities and not-for-profit organizations. Typical projects involve policy reports, business plans and feasibility studies, participation in EU wide public health, policy research, and long life learning projects.
