We are an outsourcing software and web development company based in the UK. Our development team is based out in Sri Lanka. For the last year we have been doing backend development work for a UK based software house. I stuck with the one company for a year so as to prove to myself that the outsourcing model from Sri Lanka would work, and also to develop efficient working practices and methodologies. Now that the year has come to an end and it has been successful I am in a position to offer my services to other companies and develop new and successful partnerships with them. We are not a large company but believe that our strength is derived from our human resources. Our qualified team constitutes members who have a varied experience in their chosen fields. I have found that there is a huge pool of very talented developers in Sri Lanka who are being underutilised. With the good reputation that CIRITE is getting in Sri Lanka we are able to source from that pool very easily.
