CIRE acquires retail, industrial, medical office/gsa, multifamily, and single tenant assets between $5-$100MM in the Western United States. Preferred markets include Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. We focus on value-add and opportunistic investments to stabilize to core or core+.
CIRE also makes equity investments with and non-recourse, high-yield loans to small and midsized operators and developers throughout the United States. Typical investment/loan size is $3-$30MM. Our most common investment type is strategic joint venture equity with a focus on programmatic funding of growth strategies.
