As a Christian crisis response chaplain, Rev. Dr. Thomas Luke was educated and trained to provide compassionate spiritual care to survivors of mass shootings, terrorist attacks, catastrophic disasters, and other high-trauma tragedies that can lead to post-traumatic stress disorder.
