Cfac Portfolio Management

CFAC Portfolio Management is a student-run investment fund which provides experiential learning to UBC students in Capital Markets - providing first-hand experience in managing an equity fund. Members gain invaluable experience and mentorship from upper-year students and industry professionals that provide them with the essential skills, network, and preparation to break into the world of finance. CFAC was founded with the philanthropic purpose of raising awareness and money for ALS research. Being a part of CFAC, members have an opportunity to organize fundraisers and promote awareness in the UBC community. The club educates UBC students on the fundamental practice of equity research, valuation and financial modelling.
