As an external, experienced service provider, CEPT GmbH offers project and schedule planning for turnarounds and investment projects. With more than 10 years of experience and qualified staff in project management, we have expertise in setting up and creating schedules, determining progress, understanding project content (project scope) and easy visualization of results. By focusing on innovative methods and tools, we take the complexity out of traditional project management. In order to meet the highest industry standards, we largely adhere to the international standard "DCMA", so that adjustments are optimally incorporated into the schedules.
