CD Maintenance Company (CDMC) is a certified woman-owned and operated national facilities maintenance company founded in 2015 and led by managing partners Christina Cummins and Colleen Doering. Over the years, we’ve grown significantly but our core values remain the same as they were day one: to be a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and transparent partner to our clients. CDMC is a nationally focused, full service, commercial 24/7/365 facility maintenance service company with a vast team of W-2 self-performing technicians in the states of Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. Our goal is to be 100% self-performing one day. All our self-performing technicians are former military veterans and/or first responders who take great pride in their work. We require background checks and drug testing for all our self-performing technicians. CDMC is constantly monitoring work order volumes and expanding our self-performing coverage map. We are willing to expand our self-performing coverage area into new states and regions to support your needs.
