We are managed from our Head Office in Glasgow, and area office in Edinburgh and operate throughout Scotland and into parts of England. Our company has developed from a strong base in construction and refurbishment to provide total property solutions which encompass: Construction Design and Construction Property Development Stone Masonry Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Property Maintenance We work across all market sectors and our Clients include: Health Trusts Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) Private Housing Developers Local Authorities Regional and National Agencies Universities Industrial and Office Developers Leisure and Retail operators We directly employ our own tradesmen, operatives and apprentices, a fact that differentiates us from many of our direct competitors. We are active participants in a number of local employment and training initiatives with publicly funded projects involving a mix of on the job training through to full-time apprenticeships and employment. 73% of our business is from repeat Clients, which is testament to our commitment to providing a high quality service, and our proven track record in delivering our Projects on-time and to budget. 50% of our business is delivered utilising Design and Build or Design, Develop and Construct procurement routes.
