The CRISP AI Strategy Group, CAISTAG, helps companies define and build their AI and Machine Learning based products strategy and MVP. The strategy methodology of CAISTAG, is an agile process based on the CRISP-DM standard that is detailed using UX design thinking methodologies for machine-learning based solutions.

The founder and CEO of CAISTAG, Dr. Hagit Perry, is an expert in product strategy for machine-learning solutions. She has developed the processes and methodologies of CAISTAG through her vast experience and research. She is also a professor at IDC Herzliya, in which, she founded and is serving the head of the MBA with specialty in AI & Big-Data and of the Data-Lab. Previously, while serving at 8200 elite military intelligence unit in Israel, Dr. Perry acquired deep understanding of communication protocols and big data analysis.
Together with Dr. Perry, all CAISTAG’s team leaders are subject matter experts (SMEs) in product strategy and advanced data analytics and the members of the teams comprised of experts in product management, data science, and data analytics. The CAISTAG team helped dozens of organizations to grow and meet strategic goals, including customers in the telecommunication sector (e.g. Amdocs and Allot), the consumer goods and retail sector (e.g. - Unilever, Safeway, My Supermarket), the financial sector (e.g. – Leumi bank, Forescout) and various institutions (e.g. - Rabin Medical Center, Israe's Attorney's Office).
