CÉ LA VI Taipei welcomes a mix of well-heeled locals, international guests and global business travelers to discover Taipei from a new perspective from the 48th floor of the newly opened Nanshan skyscraper, making it the highest rooftop lounge in Taiwan by more than 30 stories. The al fresco rooftop bar and restaurant is juxtaposed with sweeping 360° views of a vibrant and cool city on one side and the mountainous Yangmingshan.
National Park on the other.
This is the first of several openings planned in the region, with Shanghai slated to open in the summer of 2019. Taipei has been conceptualised to act as an integral CÉ LA VI location with its architecture, design and menu all catering to a discerning clientele. It carries all the hallmarks of the brand that are rooted in rooftops across Asia’s iconic skyscrapers: a sense of arrival, breathtaking vistas, sensorial spaces, creative collisions are complemented by Asian hospitality. The project is a joint venture by Taipei nightlife guru theLOOP, who has stepped up to the occasion after embarking on a highly anticipated partnership with the CÉ LA VI Group. The CÉ LA VI Group is a part of L Catterton Asia, the private equity company owned by global luxury group LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy). The combined force brings a touch of luxury, a hint of cool and a lot of style to the skies of Taipei City for the first time.
