Buzzer launched in 2005 as Europe’s first Word of Mouth Marketing agency. Since then, the verb ‘buzzen’ (‘to buzz’) has become a household term in the Netherlands. Tens of thousands of consumers have tried out new products, spread on- and offline buzz and provided feedback on products. Millions and millions of word-of-mouth interactions between consumers have been realized, and many products and their marketing programs have been improved thanks to the feedback and results.
