Business Engage is an exciting and inventive organisation at the forefront of strategic thinking on gender mainstreaming in the private sector. The growth of the number of corporates and the success of the initiative into Africa will see Africa becoming the gender hub from which we export meaningful stories to the rest of the world. Business Engage is a collaboration of corporates working together to ensure that gender mainstreaming is realised . Business Engage runs various initiatives to build the pipeline of leaders, predominantly women, for the career opportunities that present themselves. The 30% Club is a global campaign led by Chairs and CEOs taking action to increase gender diversity at board and senior management levels.
