My name is Steven Burgemeister. I am a digital leader that makes teams, organizations and software high-performing & manageable. I have worked & love working on complex software products (SaaS- and on-premise, API-based web applications) for over 10 years. These products are developed with several integration patterns (API's, web services, event streaming services, database syncs), with data intensive, complex and flexible business logic. Applications were mostly layered on top of existing backoffice/core systems, creating a unified flow for end-users, without changing all existing systems. In possession of a broad skill set that fits well from high-level company strategy to in-depth requirements analysis: * Analytically strong, a clear communicator, entrepreneurial, pragmatic, creative, dedicated, results oriented and a strong abstraction ability; * Next to this, I am learning to code, to understand the technological impact of the choices I make on daily bases. Colleagues describe me as a quick thinker, who is eager, helpful, business- smart & tech-savvy, with a great sense of humor. My hobbies are traveling, diving, bouldering, chess and cooking.
