Bulk Pack Export Limited Bulk Pack Exports Limited was started in 1994 We are a leading manufacturer-exporter for PP woven fabric, woven sacks and FIBCs/Bulk Bags, with a capacity to produce approximately 2.5 million Bulk bags per annum. The company had a turnover of Rs 150 Million in the Financial Year ending March, 2004 and is proposing a turnover of Rs 180 Million in this Financial Year ending March, 2005. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, exporting our products to various countries like Australia, Europe, UK & USA. We have one of the most integrated plants in India to produce Bulk bags, with all facilities present under one roof. We produce Bulk bags for almost all applications for which they are used by the end users round the Globe. The concept of bulk packaging revolves around environmental aspects, apart from reducing the cost of packaging and faster handling of the bulk material. Cleanliness, Hygiene and other basic environment friendly atmosphere is a key are in our company. Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs) or Bulk Bags as it is popularly known today are giant size bags in drum or box shape. These bags are made of high tenacity Polypropylene (PP) material and are UV stabilized with certain additives such as Optical brightener to give more shine to the bag and TiO2. They are produced in a range of capacities from 250KG Safe Working Load to 2500KG Safe Working Load with a Safety Factor 5:1 (Single trip) and 6:1 (Multi trip), depending on the density of the bulk material that is handled in the bag. These bags are normally tailor made to meet the specific requirements of the end users.
